The sustainable development of marine capture fisheries (MCFs) plays a significant role in food security, economic development, and employment stability. lack information on the sustainability MCFs, along with inadequate management output controls, has weakened China’s efforts towards national catch limit target no more than 10 million tons from until 2020. Furthermore, overfishing fishery conflicts still exist.
